Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Blue Strips LA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Blue Strips LA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
Our items are sold in as is condition. Clothing, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your clothes while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.
If an item purchased from Blue Strips LA incurs damage, please return it to the return address on your package. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our manufacturer, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
Web returns are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
At Blue Strips LA we’ll gladly accept the return of items within 10 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.
Due to COVID-19 some shipping may be delayed. No refunds will be made on late shipping. We do not accept returns of clothing that has been opened or worn due to COVID-19.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Blue Strips LA will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Blue Strips LA returns office.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

We ship domestically using USPS. We offer express and priority mailing services. Rates are included in the price at time of checkout. Express mail is guaranteed 2 day delivery, while priority mail is 2-3 day delivery.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. Blue Strips LA only ships packages Monday through Friday.
