Shipping & Returns


Order processing typically takes 1 business day. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped that day, or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship domestically using UPS. Shipping price is included in your purchase price.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.

Due to COVID-19 some shipping may be delayed. No refunds will be made on late shipping. We do not accept returns of clothing that has been opened or worn due to COVID-19.


Web returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund).

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Blue Strips LA will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Blue Strips LA returns office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

Our products are sold in as is condition. Clothing, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your clothes while wearing it and to choose products that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.

If an item purchased from Blue Strips LA incurs damage, please return it to the store. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our manufacturer, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
